Ward Blanchard holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Business Administration with a focus on healthcare.  Ward’s professional career began working for Kellogg Supply Company, a building supply and lumber chain founded by his grandfather. Working in an established family business provided Ward the opportunity to understand and appreciate the value of relationships, communication, and integrity.  Throughout his time in management, operations, and marketing, Ward learned the importance of creating a healthy organizational workplace and its direct relationship to the bottom line.

Over the past ten years Ward has worked in all facets of addiction treatment: interventions, admissions, business development, therapy, continuing-care, and operations.  His varied involvement in inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, and the creation of his own private practice, has offered Ward invaluable first-hand experience.  He combines his clinical and business education and expertise to offer assistance to new and existing treatment centers and clinicians to address the complex issues in the mental health and addiction field.
